How
and When to Order
To ensure quality we currently
do not ship outside of the continental United States.
The cut-off time to place
an order for next day delivery is 1:00 p.m. eastern standard
time, the day before your order is expected (i.e. order before
1:00 p.m. Monday for delivery Tuesday). We highly recommend
that you call us first if you have a critical order and if
you are placing an order close to the cut-off time for delivery
the next day. For the best results to ensure timely delivery,
place your order 2 to 3 days minimum in advance of the desired
delivery date, and for optimum results, order one week in
advance.
Please be aware Charlie’s
Stone Crab Claws are harvested and processed on a daily basis,
never frozen, and are not prepackaged. We prepare and package
your orders the morning of the ship date, to ensure you receive
the freshest possible Stone Crab Claws. Fresh Stone Crab claws
are subject to availability due to weather conditions and
reasons beyond our control.
Charlie’s Stone Crabs
utilizes Fed Ex Priority Overnight exclusively for delivery
of our products, to ensure the timeliest delivery of your
Florida Fresh Stone Crab Claws. Fed Ex Priority Overnight
Deliveries, in most cases, are delivered by 10:30 a.m. Tuesday
through Friday and 12:00 p.m. Saturday, exceptions being addresses
outside metro areas and locations in remote rural areas.
